Please make out a check to University Transition Program PAC to pay for your gala dinner attendance. The price is $120 for each attendee. Checks must be delivered in person to Dr. Shepelev at the University Transition Program by March 15, 2020. The note line on the cheque should include the full name you gave in the registration form.
